The movie Guardians of the Galaxy is coming out on 1 August 2014.

The accompanying artbook Guardians of the Galaxy: The Art of the Movie is scheduled for 29 July 2014. Since this is going to CGI heavy, I supposed there's going to be a lot of concept art. It going to be 240 pages, like most other Marvel movie artbooks.

The artbook for Captain America: The Winter Soldier is scheduled for April 2014, probably after the film release.

It's going to feature concept artwork, behind-the-scenes photographs, production stills, and in-depth interviews with the cast and crew. Well, that's what the description says.
