Book Review: 365 Squares vol 1: One Year of Daily Drawing by Moon

Moon is an artist, graphic designer and art director from France.

365 Squares is a challenging art project where he draws everyday on a 15 x 15cm piece of paper. This 376-page hardcover is the compilation of all those sketches and drawings. In this book you'll see the creative blend of surrealism with characters and worlds he has created. Some are simple sketches but many are quite detailed. The artworks were created with a variety of medium. The art looks great and there's such a huge variety of images to go through.

Those who love sketchbooks will love this book.

The book is priced at €40 and is available from publisher Editions Caurette online store.

By the way, there's also a volume 2. So if you're buying volume 1, you might as well buy both volumes, and his Drizzle artbook too.
